Yoga:
Children are thought effective and simple yoga aasans with lead to the general health and wellbeing of the child and improve concentration. The aasanas we have chosen to teach the kids helps in improving memory power, weight maintenance and protects children from many diseases like common cold, child diabetics, constipation, Bladder & Kidney Problems, Digestive Problems, Headaches, Leg Pains, Depression etc. Pranayama also is included in the program. Pranayama is a breathing technique that leads to over all wellbeing of the child if practiced every day even after the camp is over.
